P18: Config Consolidation — eliminate hardcoded values
Extract all hardcoded domains, registry URLs, label IDs, repo references, and service endpoints into stack.toml or environment variables.
Closeout
All 10 issues closed. Added [platform] section to stack.toml for domain, registry, and repo configuration. Extracted hardcoded registry URL from all Woodpecker pipelines into CI variables. Label IDs in diag module now resolved dynamically from Gitea API instead of hardcoded integers. CoreDNS hosts generated from stack.toml domain + service list. Notebooks use conf module for service endpoints instead of hardcoded URLs. API client default URLs sourced from stack.toml. Image prefix (fhirworx/) extracted to .env variable. CI pipelines use CI_REPO variables instead of hardcoded homelab/stack. Dashboard index.html templates domain from env. Removed all hardcoded /home/kert/ paths from CI and compose.
