Problem

Woodpecker provides CI_REPO, CI_REPO_OWNER, CI_REPO_NAME but several places hardcode the values:

  • ci.yml:62 — git push URL with homelab/stack.git
  • ci.yml:80 — S3 target /badges/homelab/stack/
  • dev/scripts/coverage_badge.py — API URL with homelab/stack
  • src/api/diag/main.py:129 — fallback owner/repo

Fix

Use ${CI_REPO}, ${CI_REPO_OWNER}, ${CI_REPO_NAME} in pipelines. Use CI_REPO env var in Python.
