Problem

homelab.fhirworx.io is hardcoded in 40+ locations across the repo. The domain, registry host, repo owner/name, and CI email should live in stack.toml under a new [platform] section and be the single source of truth.

Proposed config

[platform]
domain = "homelab.fhirworx.io"
registry = "gitea.homelab.fhirworx.io"
image_prefix = "fhirworx"
repo = "homelab/stack"
ci_email = "ci@fhirworx.io"
host_ip = "192.168.1.192"

Scope

  • Add [platform] section to stack.toml
  • Update src/conf/ to expose cfg.platform.domain etc.
  • This is the foundation issue — other issues depend on it
