Problem

Absolute paths to /home/kert/stack appear in:

  • rebuild-all.yml:50 — /home/kert/stack/data:/host-data:ro
  • rebuild-all.yml:136-137 — deploy step volume mounts

These break if the repo is cloned elsewhere or the user changes.

Fix

Use a STACK_ROOT env var or Woodpecker CI_WORKSPACE. Set STACK_ROOT in Woodpecker repo settings.

Files

  • .woodpecker/rebuild-all.yml
  • .woodpecker/ci.yml (if any)
  • compose.yml (if any)
