Problem

compose.yml uses fhirworx/api:, fhirworx/notebooks:, etc. The prefix is also hardcoded in rebuild-all.yml deploy step retag loop.

Fix

Add IMAGE_PREFIX=fhirworx to .env. Update compose to use ${IMAGE_PREFIX}/api:${COMMIT_SHA:-latest}. Update rebuild-all.yml deploy step similarly.
