Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Bug.
notebooks/cy2027_pfs_proposed_rule.pydefines thefr_md()/cfr_md()wrappers (P40 #638, P41 #641) but only uses them in 4 places. The rest of the notebook renders Federal Register citations as plain text, so readers get no jump link into the source documents even though every one of these cites resolves against the backfilled anchor maps in bib.sqlite (verified viastack bib fr-jump --md):91 FR 43842(CMS-1848-P) plain text90 FR 49266(CY2026 Final) plain text91 FR 44242plain text (3 occurrences)proposed_for(2027).federal_register_citation/RULES[2026].federal_register_citationinterpolated bare (3 cells)90 FR 32352,91 FR 43842plain text42 CFR 414.1430(a)plain text (should becfr_md),QPP[2027].proposed.federal_register_citationbare90 FR 49266plain textFix: route every simple
NN FR NNNNNcitation throughfr_md()and the bare CFR cite throughcfr_md(). Compound qpp citations (e.g."91 FR 44260, 44285-44286") stay plain text — the resolver grammar takes one locator, and the graceful-degradation wrapper would just echo them anyway.
