Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Prevention companion to #626.
Rule items have only ever reached Zotero via one-off manual syncs (Feb full import, Apr 27 sync, P36 step 5). The nightly workflow (
.gitea/workflows/zotero-sync.yml, generated bydev/scripts/backends/gitea.py::_gen_zotero_sync) runsstack bib sync-zotero --tag source:emailonly, so any rule captured into bib without a remembered manual step silently never appears in the library — exactly what happened to the CY2027 NPRM.Fix: add a second sync step scoped
--tag source:federal-register(currently 78 items — cheap; a full unscoped sync would hydrate ~180k items and is off the table). Edit the generator, re-runuv run python dev/scripts/gen_config.py, commit both.Acceptance: generated zotero-sync.yml contains both tag-scoped steps; generator output is deterministic (
git diffclean after a second gen run).
