kert 6b02a804c8 generate transpiled SQL + DDL for DAB instead of wheel wrapper tasks ...

- SQLPlugin: transpiles 208 pipeline expressions to Databricks SQL
  via aco.lake.transpile (CTAS mode with catalog variable)
- DDLPlugin: generates 1,364 CREATE TABLE DDL from SQLTable models
- Jobs use sql_task with file paths instead of python_wheel_task
- SQL/DDL written to bundle/sql/ and bundle/ddl/ (gitignored)
- gen_config.py: --dab-sql flag for full SQL generation (~4 min)
  --check only validates databricks.yml (12s, CI-safe)
- 26 tests covering SQL generation, DDL, completeness, idempotency
