kert 05e8935b4a consolidate css/, badges into styles/ directory at project root ...

Rename css/ → styles/ and add coverage badge SVG. CI updates
styles/coverage.svg in the repo via Gitea contents API so the
README badge renders without external URL dependencies.

All compose.yml mounts, .dockerignore, README, and docs refs updated.
