kert 05443240af fix(notebooks): palliative flow caption — stage-2 advancing count, not bare stage-4 zero ...

With stage-2 complete (4,997/4,999 screened, 2,245 includes) the
caption read '0 included' because flow.included counts stage-4 only;
it now reports records advancing toward full-text eligibility with
stage 3 explicitly pending.
