Adds dev/scripts/add_ama_coding_to_zotero.py, following the add_cf_history_to_zotero.py pattern (direct zot.db writes, storage copies chown'd to 100999).

• One book item per OpenLibrary work from data/ama/ama_coding_titles.json (598 CPT / ICD-9-CM / ICD-10-CM/PCS / HCPCS / coding-card titles published by the AMA), under a top-level AMA Coding Publications collection.
• Fields: title, publisher, date, ISBN(s), OpenLibrary URL (dedupe key), extra: OpenLibrary: <id>; tags source:ama, module:coding, year:YYYY.
• Attaches whatever LazyLibrarian on the corwins side has landed under /srv/pool/media/books/American Medical Association/<Title>/; re-running only adds new attachments.

Already run once: 598 items created, 2 ebooks attached, Zotero restarted.

feat(zotero): attach landed AMA files whose folder is not an exact OpenLibrary title ... 2792c51322

Year-aware containment match (keeps ICD-10-CM apart from ICD-10-PCS and
a 4th edition from a 6th); a local item is minted when no title covers a
landed book, so every file on disk is filed.
