What. For each family, the manual sections and CFR sections that govern it, with page/section anchors so the chat can jump: e.g. CCM/PCM/APCM → MCPM ch. 12 (
SPJB4FX2, PDF page located the P34 way viallm/pages.py), MBPM ch. 15 (YQFGB6JS), MLN909188 (PV8APQ4A); telehealth families → 42 CFR § 410.78 (SAJSGG28, eCFR round-trip viabib.cfrlink, P41) and the Medicare Telehealth Services List; incident-to elements → § 410.26 (Q78GP4Z9).Source of truth. The FR paragraphs themselves cross-reference these ("as defined in § 410.78(a)(3)",
2KVJ2HKX¶398): harvest§ nnn.nnand "Chapter N, section X" mentions from code-anchored paragraphs, resolve withcfrlink/IOM item lookup, storepfs.code_guidance(code_or_family, kind, item_key, locator, item_key_src, p_id_src).Done when each of the five fixture families lists ≥1 IOM section and ≥1 CFR section with a working jump link, every row cites the FR paragraph that made the cross-reference, and the IOM alert (
bib.iom_alert) flags a chapter update touching an anchored section.Progress (branch worktree-p49-anchors-2, unmerged):
stack pfs guidance --family … [--write](383df09+ fix839c5bf) harvests CFR and IOM references from every FR paragraph that names a family code (FR cites stripped first, word-bounded code match, one SQL per family) and from the CPT guideline/instruction text, resolves CFR cites throughbib.cfrlinkand IOM chapters through thepub:100-0Nitems, and storespfs.code_guidance(family, code, kind, locator, item_key, item_key_src, p_id_src, page_src)with FR paragraph provenance. Live: 260 rows for the five hand families (CCM 175, TCM 28, ACP 24 cfr + 2 iom, PCM 22, APCM 9), all 260 resolved to a bib item. The fix round made CFR list citations complete (42 CFR 410.20, 410.26, and 410.32,parts 405, 414, and 426,§§ 410.26 and 410.32): corpus-wide CFR refs went from 44,929 to 46,145. Out of scope here, still open on this issue: PDF page locating inside an IOM chapter; MLN booklets are captured but never resolved to an item; the CPT guideline text turned out never to cite CFR/Medicare manuals, so the manual contributes no rows.Merged to main as
4616d36(branch worktree-p49-anchors-2, Tasks 4–8 of the anchors plan; suite 14,944 passed). Residue parked by rulings is tracked in #705 (CPT manual as a chat source, IOM page locating, MLN resolver, shared SQL predicate, key case).
