The palliative RFI coordinates with two sibling rulemakings whose RFIs CMS says should receive their own comments: the FY2027 Hospice proposed rule (RFI on community-based palliative services — NPRM text cites 90 FR 17360; verify the document number via the FR API before grabbing, the volume/page implies 2025 publication) and the concurrent CY2027 ESRD proposed rule (comfort-focused dialysis RFI).
Done. Verified via the FR API: the NPRM's "90 FR 17360" cite is a volume typo — the FY2027 Hospice NPRM is 2026-06604, 91 FR 17338 (2026-04-06, CMS-1851-P, docket CMS-2026-1156) and 91 FR 17360 falls inside it (the community-based palliative RFI). The CY2027 ESRD NPRM is 2026-12925, 91 FR 38784 (2026-06-26, CMS-1846-P, docket CMS-2026-2245). Both created as bib rule items (KUZC5FN2, IGXTEJU3) tagged
