Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Capture into bib/Zotero, tagged for the P42 evidence base, every source the RFI itself cites (91 FR 43949–43950):
Decide the tag scheme first (e.g. rfi:palliative + module:pfs) and keep it consistent — sup: tags are load-bearing for the nightly zotero-sync (P38 lesson, scope pushes with --tag).
Progress 2026-08-18: the five RFI-cited sources (CMMI synthesis white paper, Kelley 2017 PMID 26990009, Kelley & Bollens-Lund 2018 PMID 29125784, CAPC team toolkit, CBE 3665 measure page) are in bib tagged
source:rfi-cited, and the three code-family standards (CAPC quality-standards page, NASW serious-illness practice standards, TJC PAL v2026A1 measure set) are stored by the search script assource:standard. Kelley papers + CBE 3665 scale paper + CAPC consensus anchors are elink forward-snowballed. Remaining for this issue: Zotero sync (queued behind the screening run) and tag-scheme doc note. All six cited sources are now in bib/Zotero tagged
