Merged to main in a75b4c7 (branch p37-cy2027-rule). Done (ops, initial pull) — 2,727 comments fetched for CMS-2026-2377 as of 2026-08-14 (period open until 2026-09-14); backfill/extraction/indexing proceeding incrementally; the scheduled post-close re-farm (#615) captures the remainder and posts final counts.
