The discrepancy flagged here was adjudicated (P36 payment-year keying error + CAA 2026 supersession) and corrected in #620 / commit 5063a77. This task's PY2027 values were confirmed correct throughout.

Merged to main in a75b4c7 (branch p37-cy2027-rule). Done in 9eb18bb — QPP[2027] (payment year 2029) with dual-sourced values; this task's cross-check surfaced the P36 threshold keying error, adjudicated and corrected under #620 (commit 5063a77).
