Update all ~30 Altair charts in notebooks/acodb_explorer.py to use the Nature theme from styles/nature.py.

  • Register and enable the Altair theme
  • Remove inline color/font overrides
  • Add axis labels with units in parentheses
  • Remove gridlines, add tick marks
  • Use accessible palette
