Objective

Narwhals express functions and pipeline steps for OPPS data, mirroring pfs.pipe.

Tasks

  • src/opps/express/ — narwhals transforms for APC data
  • src/opps/pipe.py — pipeline steps registered with runner
  • Integration with aco.pipe.runner for end-to-end execution
  • Tests mirroring tests/pfs/
