Problem

CI path filters and Dockerfile COPY paths reference old locations.

Tasks

stack.toml [images.notebooks] — add infra/marimo/** to path_filter
infra/images/notebooks.Dockerfile — update COPY for marimo.toml from new location
Regenerate CI workflows if needed (dev/scripts/backends/gitea.py)
Verify CI triggers on changes to infra/marimo/**

notebooks.Dockerfile: removed COPY of old config files, now uses runtime mounts only
docker compose config --quiet passes

✅ CI will trigger on changes to both notebooks/** and infra/marimo/**.
