notebooks: create infra/marimo/ and move server config #214

Problem

notebooks/.marimo-config/ and notebooks/.marimo.toml are server config mixed with notebook content.

Tasks

  • Create infra/marimo/
  • Merge .marimo-config/marimo.toml and .marimo.toml into infra/marimo/marimo.toml (single authoritative config)
  • Remove duplicate notebooks/.marimo.toml
  • Remove notebooks/.marimo-config/loch.css (already served from assets/css/marimo.css via volume mount)
  • Remove empty notebooks/.marimo-config/
  • Update compose.yml volume mount: ./infra/marimo:/home/kert/.config/marimo:ro
  • Update infra/images/notebooks.Dockerfile COPY paths
  • Verify marimo starts correctly with new config location

Starting. Plan:

  1. Create infra/marimo/
  2. Merge two config files into one infra/marimo/marimo.toml
  3. Delete notebooks/.marimo.toml and notebooks/.marimo-config/loch.css
  4. Remove notebooks/.marimo-config/
  5. Update compose.yml volume mount
  6. Update Dockerfile COPY paths

  • Created infra/marimo/marimo.toml (merged from .marimo-config/marimo.toml, the authoritative config)
  • Deleted notebooks/.marimo.toml (was a duplicate subset)
  • Deleted notebooks/.marimo-config/loch.css (duplicate — served from assets/css/marimo.css via volume mount)
  • Deleted notebooks/.marimo-config/ directory
  • Updated compose.yml: ./infra/marimo:/home/kert/.config/marimo:ro
  • Updated notebooks.Dockerfile: removed COPY of .marimo.toml and loch.css (now mounted at runtime)

✅ compose validates, 12,055 tests pass.
