Refs #114 (10 HIGH vulns)

  • Add apt-get upgrade -y after update to patch base image CVEs
  • Add USER 1000 to run as non-root
  • Add HEALTHCHECK CMD curl -sf http://localhost:2718/ || exit 1
  • Pin CUDA base image tag to digest for reproducibility

Close #114 only after hardened image builds and scans clean.
