test: push toward 100% — pragma untestable lines + targeted gap tests
- pragma: no cover on ImportError fallbacks (packages always installed), __main__ guards, timing-dependent sleep loops, unreachable dead code, pypdf fallback (not installed) - New tests: cloudflare _headers, cli.main(), perf show no-spans, zot.ops remaining collection keys, seed read_excel Tracks #353
