Coverage gap: integration module tests

The following modules were added without unit tests. They currently drag overall coverage from 99%+ to ~93%. Each needs mocked integration tests to restore 99%+ coverage without exclusion hacks.

Acceptance criteria

Each module has a tests/<module>/test_<name>.py with ≥95% line coverage
All external calls (HTTP, IMAP, subprocess, pydo) are mocked — no network in CI
Coverage gate passes at 99% without any [tool.coverage.run] omit
Altcha PoW solver has a deterministic test vector (known salt+challenge → known nonce)
