style(marimo): quiet Stop control and no redundant link glyph on the home page

The running-notebook shutdown control was a 24px red-bordered box
around a power glyph; it is now a muted "Stop" text button that turns
destructive only on hover/focus. The external-link glyph that faded in
over every home-page row (28 of them) is hidden: the row is already
the link, and the glyph sat on top of the dates and the Stop control.
