kert cbc1185c3e chore(coredns): regenerate hosts after jaeger→tempo subdomain swap ...

Pre-commit hook tries to git-add the wrong path (coredns/hosts instead
of infra/coredns/hosts) and silently drops the regeneration. Catching
the dropped file here.
