kert 7f07288c23 materialize staging tables in DuckDB, skip in-memory staging in notebook ...

The staging functions OOM the notebook container when loading full
core.medical_claim + core.condition into Python. Materialize
_stg_medical_claim and _stg_medical_claim_condition as DuckDB tables
so the notebook's load() resolves them from disk instead.
