P50: Legal epidemiology — outcome series around code-family events (utilization, BLS wages, industry markets)
Spec docs/superpowers/specs/2026-09-09-code-family-longitudinal-design.md (§P50). The fee schedule is federal law; P49's lineage table is the exposure calendar. P50 ingests outcome series (Medicare Part B utilization, BLS OEWS/CES wages and employment, sector/market series) and builds an event-study notebook around when a code or code family becomes payable, is revalued, or ends. Scoped, not yet designed.
