Problem

The notebooks container is only on the gateway network. It cannot reach:

trino (network: data)
nessie (network: data)
polaris (network: data)
rustfs (network: storage)
postgres (network: data)

The nessie_tutorial and polaris_tutorial notebooks work by coincidence (Traefik proxies some) or by using external hostnames, which is fragile.

Fix

Add data and storage networks to the notebooks service in compose.yml:

notebooks:
  networks:
    - gateway
    - data
    - storage

This gives notebooks direct container-to-container access to all data services.
