Resolved: the CI test job is green again on 0cf878d (run #1018). Two causes since 4616d36 — a code_families notebook test that asserted live bib counts (now skips without the replica/bib, de2a9a7) and coverage at 98.9% against the 99% gate after the P49 slices (now 99.11%, 0cf878d, real tests for the degrade paths). Closing the auto-filed duplicates.
