Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
bib/pincite.pylocator grammar learns FR forms —91 FR 44218,91 FR 44218 ¶3,p-3600— classified with a distinct locator_type;Pincite.jump_url(store)resolves throughbib.frlink.resolve(item_key from the pincite's own key). Citation-graph/docs rendering shows the URL on FR-locator edges; unresolvable locators degrade to no-URL, never an exception in graph rendering.Tests: parse classification for the three forms, jump_url resolution against a fixture store, graceful degradation when the anchor map is absent.
Depends on #635. Spec: docs/superpowers/specs/2026-08-17-fr-jump-links-design.md.
