Typer subcommand on the existing CLI.

Scope

  • stack llm index (wraps the indexer, --docket/--collection)
  • stack llm search / stack llm query (against the service or in-process)
  • stack llm tag (P35 runner entry point, stubbed until P35)

Acceptance

  • commands documented in --help; smoke-tested in CI with mocks

Status audit (2026-08-13, repo-verified): PARTIAL. stack llm index + stack llm serve shipped (src/cli/llm.py; P36 added --collection rules + --key). Body's search, query, and tag (stub) subcommands absent.

Delivered: stack llm index / restamp / query and the chat-side CLI exist and are documented under docs/docs/cli/llm-*.md. Closing; search endpoints stay on #570, the notebook helper on #573.
