Scope

Update docs/src/css/custom.css to:

  1. Remove comment referencing "throwback"
  2. Align colours with Nature palette
  3. Ensure WCAG 2.2 AA contrast ratios
  4. Use IBM Plex Mono heading font (not Press Start 2P)
  5. Style the /library page consistently with rebranded design system

Depends on #50, #51, #52.
