CLI command to load raw CCLF files into DuckDB input_layer tables.

  • Parse CCLF fixed-width files (CCLF1-CCLF9) using existing cclf express functions
  • Stage into input_layer schema
  • Support incremental loads (skip already-loaded files)
  • Read file paths from stack.toml [storage] section
  • Log ingestion metrics (rows loaded, duration)
