Root cause fixed in eba1b77: the April gitea→git container rename missed the docker exec/docker cp container names in pkg_mirror_sync.py and pkg_issues.py, so every wheel upload failed as a synthetic 500. pkg-supply-chain is green on eba1b77 (run 585, task 2550). Closing.
