Problem

Two image builds fail in the deploy pipeline:

build-notebooks

COPY retro-arcade.css fails — the Dockerfile expects retro-arcade.css in the build context (notebooks/) but the file lives at notebooks/.marimo-config/retro-arcade.css.

ERROR: "/retro-arcade.css": not found

Dockerfile line 49: COPY --chown=... retro-arcade.css /home/.../retro-arcade.css

build-docs

uv run python docs/scripts/export_library.py fails during build. Likely missing data/bib.sqlite or a dependency issue — the preceding COPY data/bib.sqlit[e] data/ uses a glob pattern which silently skips if the file is missing.

RUN uv run python docs/scripts/export_library.py  — exit code: 1

Fix

notebooks: Fix COPY path to COPY .marimo-config/retro-arcade.css ... or copy the file into the build context before docker build
docs: Ensure bib.sqlite is available in the build context (the host mount /home/kert/stack/data:/host-data:ro + cp /host-data/bib.sqlite data/ happens in CI but is a workspace-level copy, not inside the Docker build context). May need to investigate the actual error from export_library.py.

Acceptance criteria

build-notebooks step succeeds in deploy pipeline
build-docs step succeeds in deploy pipeline
Both images start correctly after deploy
