Problem

Lint and test run in parallel in ci.yml. When lint fails, the test step continues running for ~30s, wasting CI agent resources.

Fix

Add depends_on: [lint] to the test step. validate-compose can remain parallel with lint since it's fast and independent.

Acceptance criteria

  • Lint failure causes test step to be skipped (not run)
  • validate-compose still runs in parallel with lint
