Stale — this was a transient failure at an older commit. The Deploy/report job has since passed on newer commits (CI/test green at c0493a0b run #491; Deploy/report green on all recent runs), so there is no active breakage to fix here. Closing the auto-filed issue. Note: CI/test shows intermittent (flaky) failures worth a separate look if they recur.
