Review every module for:

  • Bare except clauses → specific exceptions
  • Missing error context → add SchemaError-style detail
  • Silent failures → explicit logging or raise
  • User-facing messages → clear, actionable, no stack traces
  • External API calls → timeout, retry, circuit breaker patterns
