Track data state across pipeline runs:

  • Snapshot DuckDB state before destructive operations
  • Version tag pipeline outputs (timestamp + git SHA)
  • Support rollback to previous snapshot
  • Store version metadata in _meta schema
  • Expose via stack db snapshot / stack db rollback
