Create docs/ site using mkdocs-material:

Auto-generate API reference from all public modules (mkdocstrings)
Sections: CLI reference, REST API (OpenAPI), Python API, configuration
Pipeline catalog: one page per pipeline with steps, inputs, outputs
Deploy via stack docs build / stack docs serve
