Objective

Interactive marimo notebooks for exploring and presenting the analysis.

Notebooks

  • skin_subs_explorer.py — ASP pricing time series, product explorer, code browser
  • skin_subs_geographic.py — choropleth maps, MAC jurisdiction comparison, hot spots
  • skin_subs_market.py — manufacturer/distributor market share, supply chain visualization
  • skin_subs_anomaly.py — provider-level anomaly scoring, outlier drill-down
  • skin_subs_literature.py — PRISMA flow, forest plots, evidence quality dashboard
  • skin_subs_enforcement.py — case timeline, retrospective detection analysis

Requirements

  • All use conf.connect for data access
  • All use loch design system (connect.theme())
  • All citation-linked via bib.ui.cite
  • Nature-conformant figures (accessible palette, publication-quality)
  • Snippets for common skin-subs queries added to infra/marimo/snippets/
