Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Problem
208 SQL files in
bundle/sql/are no longer referenced bydatabricks.ymltasks (switched to PythonWheelTask in #223). The files remain in the repo as dead weight.SQL regeneration is available on-demand via
gen_config.py --dab-sqlfor audit/validation purposes.Tasks
bundle/sql/directory and all contents.gitignoreto ignorebundle/sql/(generated on demand)gen_config.py --checkstill passes (only checks databricks.yml, not SQL)Starting. Deleting bundle/sql/ and adding to .gitignore.
Investigation:
bundle/sql/is already in.gitignore(line 14:bundle/sql/). The 208 SQL files were never committed to git — they are local-only generated artifacts.git ls-files bundle/sql/ | wc -l→ 0.No action needed. The #223 checklist item "delete bundle/sql/" was misleading — the files are local dev artifacts, not repo content.
✅ Already correct.
