Goal

When drift detection finds a missing package (in manifest but not in mirror), automatically create a Gitea issue with the package details.

Scope

  • Extend pkg_drift.py or create dev/scripts/pkg_issues.py
  • For each missing package, create a Gitea issue via API:
    • Title: [pkg-missing] {type}/{package}@{version}
    • Labels: relevant label (e.g. ci, pipeline)
    • Milestone: P21
    • Body: which file references it, which mirror should have it
  • Deduplicate: do not create issue if one already exists with same title
  • Close resolved issues when package appears in mirror

Acceptance

  • Missing package → Gitea issue created automatically
  • No duplicate issues for same missing package
  • Issue auto-closed when mirror catches up
