Goal

Mirror the small set of Alpine packages used (currently only apk upgrade in docs nginx stage) so Alpine builds never reach the internet.

Scope

  • Add lightweight apk mirror service or use a generic proxy (e.g. Sonatype Nexus apk proxy, or a simple nginx mirror)
  • Seed from data/pkg-manifest.json apk section
  • Configure docs Dockerfile to use local mirror via /etc/apk/repositories
  • If no apk packages are explicitly installed (only apk upgrade), mirror the base packages for the alpine version in use

Acceptance

  • Alpine-based builds use local mirror
  • No external apk fetches during build (verify with network isolation test)
