Thin adapter over GitHub backend. Differences: output to .gitea/workflows/, use Gitea container registry (platform.registry not ghcr.io), docker/login-action with PAT secret, avoid dynamic matrix (Gitea bug), full URL form for actions. Same emit() interface.
