Emit .github/workflows/harden.yml (workflow_dispatch + weekly schedule, --no-cache, vuln close) and rebuild-all.yml (workflow_dispatch, full build + scan + deploy).

Both iterate [images]. Vuln reporter invocation identical (uv run python -m api.diag.vuln).
