Emit .github/workflows/deploy.yml from [images].

Trigger: push to main. Per-image: docker/build-push-action, trivy scan, registry login via docker/login-action. Tag: commit SHA + latest.

Handles docs prep step, mc scan skip, per-image trivy overrides.
