Problem

GET /health returns {"name":"bib","status":"degraded","detail":"Store.list_items() got an unexpected keyword argument 'limit'"}.

_check_bib() in health.py:54 calls store.list_items(limit=1) but Store.list_items() only accepts tag, item_type, collection, query. The correct pattern (used in bib.py:38) is to slice the result: store.list_items()[:1].

Fix

Change store.list_items(limit=1) → store.list_items()[:1] in health check.
