API endpoint to trigger pipeline runs:

POST /run/{pipeline} accepts target param, returns job_id
GET /run/{job_id} returns status (queued/running/success/failed), step progress, errors
Store job state in DuckDB _meta schema
Support cancellation via DELETE /run/{job_id}
