Refs #117 (6 HIGH)

  • Add apt-get upgrade -y to patch bookworm-slim CVEs
  • Add USER 1000 to run as non-root
  • Add HEALTHCHECK CMD curl -sf http://localhost:8000/health || exit 1

Close #117 only after hardened image builds and scans clean.
